  • Where can you find class assignments?
    • All class assignments will be in canvas.
    • When a student is absent, this is their go to source to find out what they missed in class.
    • If an assignment cannot be completed at home, they will have the number of days that they were absent to make up the assignment once they return to campus (example: labs, quizzes, test etc)

  • What is Forensic Science?
    • Forensic Science is going to be an extremely interactive, fun, engaging, but difficult class.
    • We will be learning about how forensic science works from evidence collection to evidence analysis.
    • This class will use a lot of collaboration and group work and will require students to be able to work together to solve problems.
    • The goal of forensic science is to provide students with the basic skills used during forensic work.
    • Throughout the course, students will learn how scientists work to analyze evidence through a scientific approach in order to help/assist law enforcement in solving crimes in society.
    • This course is designed to give you the background and skills to prepare you for more advanced training at the college level.
