Welcome to Health Science!!

I am Olivia Hinojosa, I am a graduate from SFHS class of 2007! After high school I attended the University of Houston as a Pre-Nursing major and continued my nursing education and graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch with my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2011. I was a registered nurse at HCA Mainland for 11 years where I worked with surgical patients. I absolutely loved nursing and I love that I get to share my passion of health care with my students now.  

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my Husband and 2 daughters as a rodeo mom and wife. My husband and 2 daughters compete in roping events. Although I do not ride I enjoy being able to watch my family compete and improve in what they love to do. 

I am excited to teach Health Science at SFHS this year!
