Welcome to OUR HOUSE!

We began implementing our house system last year, and it has been an AMAZING experience! Each member of the faculty and staff, as well as each RJW student, is randomly sorted into one of our five houses. Each house represents one of our core values: kindness, courage, collaboration, accountability, and respect. Through our house gatherings and house rallies, we foster these core values in fun and meaningful ways. The house system has provided wonderful opportunities to build relationships between students across grade levels, as well as between students and the faculty and staff.

On house gathering and house rally days, students are encouraged to wear their house colors. I am in the House of Kindness, so I wear lots of yellow on those days! It's so fun to see everyone dressed up!

If you have any questions, please let me know!
