Hi! My name is Mrs. Charlene Courtney.  I was born and raised in Texas. Besides my Teaching Certification, I have a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Masters of Arts Degree from the University of Houston.  This is my 21st year of teaching.

    My husband and I have been married for 29 years and have two wonderful children.  We enjoy spending time together laughing, playing games, and playing with our pets.  We have three spoiled fur babies: 1 fulltime cat, and 1 dog- LuLu, and one cat that visits while on summer break from college. Our life can get a little hectic but it is full of love!

     I am extremely excited that you are in our classroom! I am blessed to teach littles. This is going to be a fantastic year, and I can’t wait to learn more about you and your favorite things.

    Mrs. Kristi Parker is one of our Para-professional in our learning journey. This is her second year in SFISD. She has worked with children for over 20 years and has owed her own Day Care for 20 years. Mrs. Parker is currently in school to complete her teaching degree. She is married and has four children and three grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, cruising, music, and hanging out with her cows.

   Mrs. Kristen Marullo is one of our Para-professional in our learning journey. She has been a Mother's Day Out Teacher for five years. She loves working with children and seeing their growth throughout the school year. She has been married for 21 years and has 5 daughters and 11 grandchildren. She also has 6 dogs. She loves spending her free time with family and friends.
