Hello everyone! This will be my 20th year teaching science and the beginning of my 17th year at Santa Fe Junior High. I currently teach 7th and 8th graders. I grew up in Harlingen, TX and I graduated from UT Brownsville with a bachelor's in Biology. The reason why I became a teacher is because I have always enjoyed learning and teaching others. I love science and being able to do hands-on activities. My goal is to help students understand science and enjoy coming to school every day.
