Charles Layton is a thirty-three-year veteran as a Federal Law Enforcement officer (Retired).  Chuck's areas of experience include Cyber-Security, Cyber Crimes, Police Officer, Supervisory Legal Technician (Paralegal), Correctional Services Manager, SFISD Campus Security Officer, and trained in fire safety and advanced first aid. Chuck completed studies at Western Governors University.

Chuck has served as a volunteer with the Public schools in North Carolina where he taught classes in the "Character Counts" program. The CHARACTER COUNTS!® program helps to instill a positive school climate and a “culture of kindness,” making schools a safe environment for students to learn. 

Chuck has also served as a volunteer with the Public schools in North Carolina, NC State University, NC 4-H State Programs, and NC FFA State Programs, where he taught classes in the "Netsmartz" program. A program from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. A learning program for parents and students about how children and teens are using technology and the potential threats they may face online — an online internet safety program designed for primary and secondary students. Child sexual exploitation and prevent child victimization.
