Coach White's English Courses

 Welcome! I am Christina White, but the kids call me Coach White. I am beginning my fourth year with Santa Fe High School and my sixth year overall. I am a graduate of Texas State University, and I strive to help all students become college/ career ready. Students will learn to not only read and write in a variety of modalities, but also to function responsibly in everyday settings and real life scenarios. I look forward to working with each and every student and parent!

Students, please use all resources available to you in order to stay informed and involved in all class assignments and activities. If you need help, please feel free to ask, but give it a try first. One primary goal for my classes is to help teach responsibility.

Parents, in order to ensure your students stay responsible for their work and you remain informed of all imperative information I strive to post everything to my site, Remind App, or classroom wall.

What is Remind?

Remind is a class account that allows me to send notifications, assignment attachments and other important information directly to the student/ parent's phone without sharing personal cell phone numbers.  

 

Remind Account Set Up Instructions:

English 1 PAP Participants-

Step 1: Take out your cell phone

Step 2: Create a new text message to send to the phone number 81010

Step 3: Type a text message that says "@english1pr"

Step 4: Press send

Step 5: Follow all other instructions sent to you via text.

 

English 3 AP Participants-

Step 1: Take out your cell phone

Step 2: Create a new text message to send to the phone number 81010

Step 3: Type a text message that says "@adehka"

Step 4: Press send

Step 5: Follow all other instructions sent to you via text.
