Hi and welcome to the 2025 - 2026 school year.  

My name is Tanya Lanmon and this is my 22nd year teaching here at Santa Fe High School.  I am originally from Hattiesburg Mississippi but moved to Santa Fe in August of 2004 and began my teaching career here at SFHS.  I am looking forward to this year and am excited to get my students in the kitchen and expand their culinary imaginations.  I will offer tutorials on Monday and Wednesday from 2:52 - 3:15 or by appointment. 

My Schedule for the 2025 - 2026  School Year is:

1st period - Introduction to Culinary Arts 

2nd & 3rd period - Culinary Arts  

2nd & 3rd period Practicum in Culinary Arts 

4th& 5th period - Advanced Culinary Arts

Our Class will have C Lunch  from 11:46 - 12:16

Class will be from 10:49 - 11:46 

6th & 7th period - Culinary Arts 

8th period - CONFERENCE
