It's a New Year!!!!!!!!

Dena Brown/English III

Welcome back to the 2019-2020 school year. This marks my 33rd year in the class room at the secondary level. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from The University of Texas at San Antonio and am certified to teach English, ESL, and Special Education. My husband and I live in Friendswood and are the proud parents of four wonderful children, all grown now.

Tutorials are offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:45-3:15 p.m. in room D-113.

We will begin live, online tutorials for those of you wanting/needing additional help this week. Please see the schedule below if you want to participate. Participation is voluntary. I have posted an attachment on NORMS-Rules for conduct for a live school chat. Please be sure to read over this and familiarize yourself with online behavioral expectation before you join in. To join the tutorial discussion, simple click on CHAT in the left column and post your questions or concerns. I will be available during the slated time for your class, and will do my best to answer your questions. I am using my home telephone exclusively for your calls. If you have a question or need help, just give me a call @ 281-996-8709. I can set up a video chat if face to face communication is needed. Just let me know how I can be of service to you!!! Monday No tutorials-look over assignments and check to see if you have any questions. Figure out how to space work out. Maybe work for 30-45 min. daily.
